But they take it a step further by telling you what skills these job titles require, how much they pay and, based on your profile, they tell you what skills you might want to learn so you can one day apply for those jobs. You pick the tech skills you either have or hope to have in the future, you type in your desired job title and Dice helps you find other job titles you might also be interested in and maybe didn't know about. This is the tool I wish I had when I first started. So how do you pick? And once you get that first job, how do you turn it into a career?
